Report:
Today was a bit of a shame as
Rushden decided to play their best 9 in one team and the others in another team.
We decided to stick with the teams we have after not being able to convince
Rushden to mix their ability up.
Despite the score line, it was good to see the
continued commitment and passions shown especially considering the cold conditions
It was pure luck that the
Warriors played first as the other game was the complete opposite and I am sure
the results would have been the same which ever team we played.
Some fantastic tackling, support play, rucking
and driving was displayed and this meant
that again we had a few candidates for player of the day, with Charlie, Richard and Toby.
Charlie just got the edge
over the others, so well done Charlie.
